Lighthouse Holistic Wellness Centre

Hi there and welcome to my website! My name is Kristy and I am the Founder of the Lighthouse Holistic Wellness Centre.

​

I have worked within the healthcare industry as a Registered Nurse for the last nineteen years.  It wasn’t until I embarked on my personal healing journey that I was fully awaken to the true healing potential within our bodies through a root-cause somatic approach.

​

It is now my passion and honor to guide clients towards long-term healing as a Manual Osteopathic Therapist, Certified Holistic Nurse Coach, Polyvagal-Informed Somatic Trauma Practitioner, Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath®  Professional and Vibrational Sound Therapist.

​

With my background steeped in health science and a variety of continuing education certifications specializing in trauma and chronic stress recovery, I am able to co-create somatic-based coaching sessions with gentle hands-on Osteopathic techniques that are unique to each clients healing needs.

 

My practice and sessions are powerful complements to any mental health and addiction recovery and have shown to be extremely beneficial for those healing from chronic illness, chronic pain, autoimmune disease and for those undergoing oncology treatments.

Ways to work with me in 2026

 

Manual Osteopathy: Currently, I am only accepting new clients through referrals either from existing clients, or medical professionals.  Please indicate who referred you at the time of your booking inquiry.

​

1:1 Holistic Wellness & Lifestyle Coaching Containers are no longer available in 2026.

 

The 4-week 1:1 HeartMath® Coaching Container: The Resilient Heart

will still be on offer; please book your free 15-minute discovery call.

 

Private Group, 1:1 and Couples Sound Baths are on hold until further notice. Corporate bookings available upon request.

 

30-minute Private Sound Baths ($75) are still available to be added to any Manual Osteopathic booking.

 

Reiki & Sound Bath bookings will be available in Spring 2026.

 

Existing Manual Osteopathic clients have the option to book a 90-minute 1:1 Therapeutic Somatic Movement w/ Vibrational Sound Therapy session. This booking is a wonderful complement to a client's wellness journey as they strengthen functional mobility and nervous system regulation in between manual therapy, medical and psychology appointments.
